Finally - I did it! I ran the ING New York City Marathon 2009 in 4 hours and 32 seconds and have raised nearly 3000 GBP for the MS Society (once i add the $$$ from my lovely work colleagues, friends and DVF who also gave so generously).
A BIG thank you to all of you for your donations - i feel proud to be able to support such a great charity and it is thanks to all of you for giving so generously.
a huge thank you also to those of you who ran with me/waived banners/ yelled drunkenly at me along the way - I felt very lucky to have such a supportive group of friends.
