Story

Stella Collinson died peacefully and with great grace on Tuesday 5th May, 2009. She will be much missed by those who knew her and most who knew her came to love her too.

She always supported the Salvation Army as she believed they helped the most needy people in the toughest places. As a child, Stella also had fond memories of her brothers playing in the Salvation Army band. She was particularly fond of recalling one occasion where her brother Ray, vision obscured by the large and noisy instrument he was "playing", marched in the opposite direction from the rest of the band, causing chaos and much hilarity - to her at least.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to remember Stella: Salvation Army gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Thank you for your support.

From Dave, Ian, Andrew, Jane, Chris, Roni, Lara and all the Collinson Family on behalf of our beloved Mum Stella.
