Story
Hi Folks,
I am happy to say that I completed the marathon! A big big thank you all for your support! I have exceeded my target for the foyle hospice and managed to succeed in my aim to finish in under 4 hours.
It proved to be a wonderful experience for me, one which I will never forget!

Hi, Thanks for visiting my fundraising page!
On the 26th April I will (fingers crossed) be completing the London Marathon. Being new to running and it being my very first race this is a massive challenge for me!

My aim is to raise as much money as possible for the Foyle Hospice in Derry, my hometown in Northern Ireland. I have opted to run for a cancer charity as it is something that seems impacts us all in some way or other. The hospice does a fantastic job in providing care and support to patients and their families suffering with cancer and other progressive illnesses.
On a personal note I am running the marathon in memory of my uncle Charlie who died on the 18th October 2008.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Foyle Hospice gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
Please dig deep and sponsor whatever you can. Every donation counts!
