At Christmas I somehow agreed to ride from London to Southend, no one mentioned the fact it was not direct and actualy covers over 50 miles.

Having accepted I cant get out of it there is only one thing to do and that is to raise as much money as I can for a good cause.

I suspect you know I lost my Mum and Dad in recent years to cancer.  The pain suffered is never ending and I am always shocked by the number of people I know hit by those awful words "You have Cancer".

Therefore please give what you can to help in the never ending fight against Cancer that charities such as Cancer Research undertake.
