As some of you know I am trying to run a marathon. Its the usual mid-life crisis sort of stuff. It's "a man called horse" sort of scene. You know the one.

I have chosen a children's hospice in North London, called Noah's Ark, who do not receive any help from the state. They provide help for families going through the unimaginable final stages of terminal illness. If you can afford to give anything at all, it would be most appreciated.
