Theme for 2008 'RUNNING 1000 MILES' - Completed
Thanks to everyone who sponsored me, supported me, ran with me, kicked me out of bed, and sent me emails of encouragement. Also thanks to all the newspapers and BBC Radio Leeds for all the free publicity.

Why am I doing it?
Because cancer will touch ALL OF US in some way at some time. Plus one in three of us will actually PERSONALLY SUFFER from of cancer in our lifetime. This is my small way to help all of us and our children in the future.

NEW GOAL FOR 2009
I have decided to DOUBLE the milage set for last year. So will now aim for 2,000 miles by the end of the year. However this year I will be training more in a gym which will help in the event of bad weather.
To achieve this new goal for charity, I am going to have to train 5 days a week before most of the UK is even awake.
