Counsel and Care is a national charity with a mission to get the best care and support for older people, their families and carers across the UK. We provide in-depth, personalized advice and information about care and support for older people over the telephone and through our website and guides. We influence government policy based on the concerns and experiences reported to our advice service.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I'm hoping to complete the 2009 British 10k Run in 49 minutes, to raise funds for Counsel and Care.
