Aware Defeat Depression works in N.I. for people with the devastating illness of depression, cited in 75% of suicides.In 2007, 5 people a week took their life in N.I. Many of them were young & should have had a long & happy life. Instead they felt unable to ask for help when they needed it. Donations to the charity will save lives & help people to lead fulfilling lives again.

My story

I will compete in the Mazda Blenheim Triathlon 2009 in Oxford to help defeat depression.
I have paid the full costs associated with the triathlon.Every penny you give will go to the charity.Open your heart,please give generously.

"I want to help those suffering from depression.Many of us may know someone with this horrible illness.It could kill you,If you ignore it."

In training for the triathlon,each week I aim to swim 1km,cycle about 20kms and run 10kms.I have begun doing practice Triathlons around Exeter.
