I’m pleased to say that I completed the challenge in one piece at 4.30pm on Sunday 30th March. I ran, climbed and crawled for a total of 16 and a half hours, over 3 days of just about everything the British weather and Dorset coast had to throw at me.
No injuries apart from 6 black toenails (about to fall off) and a touch of sunburn. I am very tired though and can’t stop eating chocolate biscuits at the moment.

On 28th - 30th March I will be competing in the 2008 Jurassic Coast Challenge. This is a 3 day race from Lyme Regis to Studland Bay in Dorset, along the UN World Heritage Jurassic Coastline - 78.6 miles. That's 3 marathons in 3 days with over 10,000 feet of vertical ascend!!!
