I know it's only been a short while since I last pestered you for sponsorships, but on the 12th of October I'll be continuing my quest to become Forrest Gump. I'm going to be running the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon, and I'm raising money for the Bone Cancer Research Trust.

As you can see from the link below, the BCRT promotes and funds research into the causes for and treatment of Primary Bone Cancer. Needless to say, the work they're doing is really important, particularly as bone cancer doesn't attract as much attention or research as more common forms of cancer.
