The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

Hi

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

In February 2008 I am cycling 500km from the Taj Mahal to Jaipur with two friends in aid of the National Autistic Society, which champions the rights of over half a million people with autism and ensures that they and their families get the quality services they need.  My son Angus has Asperger Syndrome, a form of autism, and with the close support from friends, family and support groups is coping well with life. We are paying all our own costs for the trip and support team so every penny you donate will go to the National Autistic Society.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: National Autistic Society will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.  So please sponsor me now!

Around Valentine's day we will be running a charity dinner and dance to add to the funds we are raising.  We have run similar events on my previous charity rides and they have been a great night out.  If you would like details please email me on stephen@tigercomms.com and I'll get back to you a.s.a.p.

In the meantime, please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Many thanks for your support.
