On Saturday 11th September i'll be cycling from Wivenhoe to Chapel (well it is the beer festival). En route i'll visit as many churches and chapels as possible - If you can suggest some interesting routes i'd be most grateful, participating in the Ride and Stride event, raising money for ChRiSM - Church Renovation initiative Saint Monica’sThe church needs some significant renovation and extension if it is to continue to be our place of worship for years to come. The present temporary structure has been our place of worship for the last 43 years but the parish has outgrown the current structure. Our plan is to provide a suitable place of worship for the next 50 years.
