Story
For some strange reason, back in February when I signed up, I thought the idea of cycling to Paris over three days in aid of the British Heart Foundation was a good idea. Now realising that I'm the only one doing it on a 7 year old mountain bike it perhaps doesn't seem such a good plan. Even worse than that, I'm told we're supposed to try and elicit sponsorship for it...
Anyway, the aim is to cover 60-70 miles each day over three days, crossing the channel overnight on the Newhaven to Dieppe ferry.
The ride sets off from London Bridge on Thursday 28th June, and should(!) arrive in Paris on 30th june.
Now that you've read this, you should either: 1) sponsor me; 2) pray for good weather for the ride; 3) provide chocolate for the ride; or 4) do all of the first three.
