Thankyou for visiting my page. On 22 June I will be doing Ironman France in order to raise money for the Prostate Cancer Charity. For those of you who dont know, this involves a 2.4 mile swim followed by a 112 mile bike which finishes off with a 26.2 mile marathon.

As you are appreciate this has taken a lot of dedication and 7months (will be 8months by race day) of training, plus numerous other sacrifices, being tee total since new years eve as another one!
