Thanks for visiting my fundraising page for Fairbridge.

I will be participating in the famous Raid Pyrenean cycle race, over 714Km from the Bay of Biscay to the Mediterranean. Along the route I will encounter 18 major climbs which will include Tour de France legends such as Peyresourde (1569m), Aubesque (1709m) and the mighty Tourmalet (2115m). In fact, the total height gain of this route is higher than Mount Everest! I am expecting physical and mental challenges the likes of which I have not experienced before. It will be no holiday!

For me the ride is a metaphor for the work Fairbridge does, It supports young people through their ups and downs as they follow the unknown path towards their own personal goals.
