I am running the 2007 Flora London marathon and I am raising much needed funds for Little Havens childrens hospice in Essex.

It costs £3.05 every minute to run Little Havens, their philosophy is that all the children they care for with life threatening or life limiting illness will be enabled to live their life to the full. It's a truly amazing place and I feel honoured to be able to support them.

Little Havens is the Children's Hospice in Essex, offering regular respite, end of life care and bereavement support to children and their families who are affected by life-threatening and life-limiting illnesses.

What an amazing day, huge crowds and good weather (for the supporters!)

Loved every minute of it and got a massive 20 minute p.b time of 2 hours 58 minutes and 31 seconds so I'll be smiling my face off for days! I'll do a proper write up in the next day or so.....
