A 60 mile run seemed like a great idea over drinks and dinner with Roy (Team Captain - Colchester Cavaliers) but the following morning the challenge became so much more daunting! Two and half marathons back to back!! Ouch!!!

Then we started listening and reading about the suffering and stress cancer causes in those final few months. Macmillan nurses and their helpers seem to be the one common factor.  Supporting and understanding when it really matters!
