I intend to cycle 500 miles in 5 days in February.

The objective of this is to raise £3,000 for Sport Relief and the Dallaglio Foundation, which will be donating to Cancer Research, DebRA, Help for Heroes, Leukaemia Research and the PRA Benevolent Fund. 

The route I am cycling is from Nice to , which includes some mountain climbing in the Alps - unless the roads are closed with snow!

The charities and the people they support really need help in these difficult times, and they (and I) will be very grateful for your generous support.
