Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

For someone not built for running, this is a big challenge, it hurts. Anckles click, knees wobble and my back is like concrete. So actualy I am not doing it any more because its silly.

Silly is good I like challenges and this is an excellent cause my brother David was diagnosed with Diabetes at the age of 7 he has been battleing with this disease for the last 37 years. For any one who knows David they will be aware of his love of driving (and crashing) he has probably driven down every b road in North Wales. This pleasure and pasion was taken away from him recently due to poor eye sight brought on by Diabetes and he is now no longer able to drive. Diabetes is something he has lived with for the vast majority of his life and never complained even though it has severaly affected his life.

Diabetes is a huge problem. Did you know that one person is diagnosed with diabetes every three minutes and three people die from it's complications every hour?  Diabetes is serious.

Please help I hate running
