To mark our wedding, we are keen to support a development project.

We both love reading and have learnt a huge amount from books. Book Aid International promotes educational development in a practical way by providing much-needed books in some of the poorest regions of the world. Literacy and education help people take control of their lives. This quote caught our imagination:

You can read about the camel mobile library services in North-east Kenya, rebuilding of community libraries in Sri Lanka following the 2004 tsunami, women’s reading clubs in Malawi and support to children's libraries in the West Bank and Gaza.
