Chris and I have now completed our Cycle Russia Charity Challenge in support of the Alcohelp Charity.

We completed the 500km over 7 days of cycling and battled with low temperatures, driving rain and headwinds - fortunately our training and the support of fellow fundraisers helped us through the endurance!
