The Great North Run 2007 will have an estimated 50,000 runners making their way along the half marathon course from Newcastle to South Shields.  Last year was my first half marathon, completing the race a few minutes over two hours.  This year I'll be pushing to get under two hours!

Epilepsy Action are a fantastic charity, providing advice, information and support, raising awareness and running a helpline for the UK's most common neurological condition (1 in 131 are estimated to have epilepsy).  Over 90% of its funding comes from voluntary contributions like yours.
