Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can get the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with our support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. We are there when it matters.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

My sister Sue passed away on the 8th February 2009 after sadly losing her battle against bowel cancer at the age of 46.

Sue was a wonderful person, a real party girl who brought fun and laughter to all those around her - she is sadly missed by everyone who was fortunate enough to know her.

Sue spent her last few weeks at Manorlands Hospice in Oxenhope, a Sue Ryder Care Charity funded Hopsice.  The care she received was absolutely fantastic and really humbling to witness.

On the 22nd of March, Manorlands are holding a sponsored 10K run to raise much needed funds.  My wife, Jo and I will be taking part and would really appreciate it if you were able to sponsor us in any way.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Sue Ryder Care gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Thank you for your support.
