<p><strong>The Steve Prescott Foundation</strong> was set up by a totally inspirational&nbsp;person Steve Prescott MBE. 5Years Ago he was diagnosed with Pseudomyxoma Peritonei a Terminal Cancer and sought out to raise funds for The Christie Hospital and the Try Assist Fund, supporting The SPF changes the lives of so many people.</p> <p>This years challenge is the <strong>Engage Mutual End-to-End Extreme!.. </strong>A 9 day challenge combining just over <strong>1000 mile on a bike &amp; climbing the 3 peaks (Snowdon, Scarfell Pike &amp; Ben Nevis)</strong> on the way. I am&nbsp;part of Steve Prescotts team which includes several other ex rughby pros including two of the legends of the game Paul Sculthorpe &amp; Chris Joynt.</p> <p>We are racing against a team from BARDON Concrete and are expected to finish the extreme event in 9 days. There is however a 3rd team who look as though they&nbsp;are going to take all the glory as they are aiming to set a world record! they plan to literally go non stop and have planned just 3 hours sleep per day! Hoping to -completing the challenge in 5 days! Personally I think they are MAD!..</p> <p>Steve &amp; the Foundation mean a great deal to me personally, all of the participants have already sacrificed&nbsp;many many hours of&nbsp;gruelling training, the management&nbsp;are&nbsp;working&nbsp;ceaselessly behind the scenes to make this challenge possible.
