I wanted to create a page where friends, family or anyone could leave donations in memory of my Grandma, Pearl.  Early this year, Grandma was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer. During her last 4 months she was cared for at home by a dedicated team of volunteers from Shipston Home Nursing.  No task was too small or large for them to carry out and they made Pearl's last months extremely comfortable without the need for her to go into a hospice.

I've set a target of £500 which will help SHN carry on caring for those with terminal illness, enabling them to stay in their own homes.
