The Arch to Arc Triathlon - London to Paris · 6 February 2007

Every two hours someone in the UK is paralysed by a spinal cord injury. It can happen to anyone at any time and no one is prepared for how it will change their life. Aspire is a national charity that provides practical help, supporting spinal cord injured people from injury to independence.

Story

On August 25th 2007, I became only the 4th person in history to complete the Enduroman Arch to Arc Triathlon. This is the World's most gruelling and most challenging SOLO Endurance Event  The challenge started at Marble Arch in London where I will ran 87 miles to Dover, swam across the English Channel, then cycled 180 miles from Calais to Paris where the challenge finished at the Arc de Triomphe.

I completed the Enduroman A2A in just under 105hrs
