I thought that the ten year anniversary of breaking my back would be a fitting time to handcycle from one end of the country to the other!  Most people who know me wouldn't be at all surprised by such a seemingly crazy idea!

It is also a damn fine excuse to raise money for a charity who work in countries where people with injuries like mine have a seriously reduced life expectancy.
