Well the inaugural Brighton marathon is complete and it really was a fantastic experience with just brilliant support all the way round.  This carried me a bit and despite slightly less than ideal preparation I managed to get round in 3hr 29 minutes which I'm very happy with.  But most importantly, there is still the opportunity to raise much needed funds for the Sussex MS Treatment centre so please dig deep if you haven't sponsored me yet.

And a massive thank you to all those who have sponsored and supported me - it means alot and will make a real difference to people for whom the centre is a real lifeline.
