This time last year I entered the 10k race for Leukaemia Research at Brands Hatch having done no training at all. I was totally overwhelmed by the support and sponsorship I received from friends, family and people I barely knew, so made the decision to begin the preparation early for my second attempt at the 10k race in 2009. I am aiming to smash my running time and my sponsorship target from last year, and hope that you too will be inspired by my determination to raise and achieve so much more for Leukaemia Research.
