Make-A-Wish UK is part of a global movement that exists to make life-changing wishes come true for the thousands of critically ill children across the UK. The power of a wish allows families to create lasting memories that they will treasure forever – no matter what the future holds.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

The last time i ran was over 20 years ago and was only 6 miles so this is a bit of a step up for me. i do a physical job so the only time i can train is in the evening and juggling it around my 6 yr old is difficult.  To help me in my quest i've given up smoking (with help from the Plymouth stop smoking service) and have noticed the difference already.

The make a wish foundation are a charity in which they grant wishes for children with life threatening illnesses this is a charity close to my heart as they granted a wish to the son of a very good friend of mine he was very ill but he battled and he is a lot better now.

So please dig deep and donate now.
