On May 26-05-2013 I'll be 45 years young.  So to celebrate.

On Bank Holiday Monday 27-05-2013, I'm going to grapple for 4.5 hours, non stop to raise money for RSPCA.  Many of you may know how much of an animal lover I am, but this is something that can actually make a difference to these poor animals lives.

Start at 10am finish 2:30pm.  Held at Icon Norwich, 28 Mason Road, Norwich, NR6 6RF.

This really  is a cause I really believe in.  Please help.
