My good friend Lee Tessler's son,Jake,was born profoundly deaf.He has been going to Auditory Verbal UK since he was 3 months old.

This has transformed his life as they have taught him how to speak and listen and to communicate with others.

Jake is now at a mainstream school in the same class as my son Zac,who are now good friends,and due to this I can see the benefits first hand.

They are a small independent organisation who need all the help they can get to continue to give deaf babies and children a good start in life.
