After losing a good friend and brother in law to suicide, I witnessed first hand the devestating effects that a result of mental illness can have on a family. Sane do research into suicide awareness and prevention which I personally think is a great thing. I am running this 10k obstacle course "survival of the fittest" to raise funds for Sane so that they can carry on their great work and research.
