Bupa Great South Run 2009 · 25 October 2009 ·

Autism Unlimited believes in a world of possibilities for people living with autism.

Story

I am going to run the 10 mile trek around Portsmouth and Southsea in the GREAT SOUTH RUN for my local charity THE WESSEX AUTISTIC SOCIETY on October 25th 2009.  Please support me and this local cause www.twas.org.uk

My son, Noel, has epilepsy and learning difficulties and due to this he attends Winchelsea Special Needs School in Poole. An increasing number of Noel's classmates have Autistic Spectrum Disorders which require special staff training to help with. In addition the Wessex Autistic Society does a lot of great work, especially through it's own school near Bournemouth Airport - Portfield School.
