Once again, I've been "pursuaded" to take part in the Great Manchester 10k run raising funds for The Graham Fulford Charitable Trust. Training is well underway, and I'm aiming to beat last years time (which let's face it, shouldn't be that difficult - famous last words?!). I appreciate that times are hard financially for everyone at the moment, but I would be very grateful if you can sponsor me - even if it's only a few pounds - every little helps!
