Situated in Hove, the Martlets provides care to patients, their families and carers in an area of East Sussex that includes Portslade, Brighton, Hove, along the coast to Newhaven, inland to Lewes, Ringmer and Newick and back along the line of the Downs. The Martlets Hospice provides expert and compassionate care, which enhances the quality of life and eases the distress of patients suffering from cancer and other serious conditions.

My story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

OK, it's probably cheating, and i won't be allowed to use the kangaroo shoes, but I need all the help I can get to complete the gruelling 26.2miles. So if you feel sorry for me or think I'm an idiot for doing this (or just an idiot generally) you can help by sponsoring me. The Martletts Hospice is a worthy cause to whom I have committed to raising £1,300. Rasing money for them and the thought of me painfully gasping my way around the course will, I am sure, bring a smile to many of your faces, so over to you and thanks for your financial support and prayers.
