On 2 June this year I shall be stripping and dipping for Skinny Dip 2013, Essex to help raise funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Four different events – at Dorset, East Lothian, Essex and South Wales – will take place at the same time on the same day in a bid to set a new Guinness World Record for the world’s biggest skinny dip.

It's a fun way to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care. The charity is best known for its network of 2,000 nurses who work in the homes of terminally ill patients, providing practical care and support. In addition there are nine Marie Curie Hospices across the UK, and a vital programme of research into the best care for people with terminal illnesses.

Participants won’t be allowed to photograph the dip but I’ll post my experiences online at charoigne.wordpress.com.
