As you may know I will be running in the 2008 London Marathon.  I want to raise a bundle of cash for Break charity who do a fantastic job.  I have been raising cash face to face and now its time to tap up my email contacts.

I went to 2007 London Marathon to cheer the runners including my father in law on in the 2007 Marathon and the atmosphere was electric.  I was so moved by his efforts at nearly 60 and being his 2nd marathon, before I knew it I had applied and been accepted for 2008, gulp.  I am training hard and looking forward to the day.  Unfortunatley I have left the fundraising late and need a big push so am asking all I have been involved with in whatever degree to dig deep and sponsor me and give to a worthy charity. 

This is a milestone for a fat bloke like me so please help if you can.
