Karting Grand Prix · 21 April 2010

We help the babies, children and young people treated at Scotland's largest children's hospital, the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow. We fund medical equipment, research, play programmes and family support services to ensure that our young patients receive the best possible care and experience.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The Yorkhill Children’s Foundation is to host a karting grand prix on April 21st. Under the McRae Vision banner Stevie Brown, David Bogie and David Wilson, winners of the McRae Tribute award ‘If in doubt…flat out’ will come together to raise money for Glasgow and Clyde based charity.

The Yorkhill Children’s Foundation supports and enhances the care given to sick children from all over who are treated within NHS Greater Glasgow and . Thanks to the generosity of people throughout , the Foundation has helped provide a diverse but vital range of resources. These include new and innovative equipment for many wards and departments, improvements to the Intensive Care Unit, scanners, a family crèche, specially trained children’s entertainers, paediatric research and training and MediCinema – the first cinema in a children’s hospital. All of these help to put a smile back on children’s faces.
