My story
AUTHOR'S CHRISTMAS DAY FAST for Medecins Sans Frontieres, in memory of beloved Frank.
This Christmas was really special for me and my daughter, Emily (Frank's stepdaughter): supported by our friends and colleagues, we ate only good fresh bread and drank pure water at our Christmas Day fast
. It was delicious. We had a lovely time, including the pleasure of knowing that our small abstinence could, with your help, aid MSF's amazing work in the Democratic Republic of Congo and alleviate some of its people's suffering. 
Thank you with all our hearts. Emily and I send our love and blessings to you for the New Year. Diolch yn fawr iawn i chi gyd!
