Hi chaps and chappettes!! I'm running the Edinburgh 10K in May for Alzheimer Scotland. If you know me, you'll be more than aware that i can't run the length of myself at the moment! So i'm training three nights a week on top of uni and work commitments to get past the finish line without the aid of an ambulance...
