Double Header – Paris and LondonMarathon – April 5th and 26th 2009

JOB DONE!!!!!!

This year I ran TWO MARATHONS IN THREE WEEKS! Paris was the first venue on Sunday, April 5th and three weeks later I ran the London Marathon on April 26th. Why?  Again I have decided that I will run these Marathons in order to raise money for Naomi House Children’s Hospice.

UPDATE - Paris completed on April 5th in a time of 3:48.13

UPDATE - London completed on April 26th in a time of 3:52.51

PLEASE CONTINUE TO SPONSOR ME. ITS NOT TOO LATE!

If you take the time to look at the Naomi House website – www.naomihouse.org.uk , you will see that my madness is founded on a passion to raise a huge amount of money for a very, very good cause. Please take the time to look at the website. It will tell you about Naomi House and the fantastic work it does not only for the children they care for but also their families.

I NEED YOUR SPONSORSHIP – I NEED YOUR MONEY!

In these difficult financial times for everyone, the need to raise money for  a great cause has never been more important.

A little given by many will raise a lot and mean a great deal to all the children, families, and staff at Naomi House?

I know you have ALL given so generously in the past and part of me feels guilt asking you again. However, my guilt disappears when I see what that money does and how it all helps to make difficult times for the families a little easier

I don’t often plead with people, but in this case I will. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE sponsor me for as much as you can. I am not asking you to break the bank, but I am asking you to be generous to a cause that is worthy.

I will be eternally grateful, no matter how large or small the amount…..although as in all things, the larger the better!!!!!!

Remember that if it is a personal donation and you are a UK Tax payer, to tick the GIFT AID box as this will generate another 25% from the government.

As always, yours gratefully,

Steve
