The EBA makes a positive difference for babies, families and staff in Neonatal Care at the Trevor Mann Baby Unit in Brighton, and the Special Care Baby Unit at the Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath. We raise funds to purchase equipment for the units to help save more babies lives.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. On Friday June 24th I'm taking part in a 70 mile bike ride from my work's Bexleyheath office to where I work in Hove. I've not ridden this far in a good 10 years so this is going to be quite a challenge.

I'm doing this for the Early Birth Association which raises money for the Trevor Mann Baby Unit (TMBU) in The Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton. My twins, Daniel and Evelyn were born very premature last September and spent 10 weeks at the TMBU. The staff their were wonderful not only in helping our babies survive but also in supporting Julie and I during this difficult time. As you can see from the photo they are now doing well and it is now time for me to give the TMBU support to help other families that find themselves in a similar position.

So please dig deep as monies raised can help buy a range of equipment vital for running the TMBU (from incubators to tiny premature sized clothing). To read more about the Early Birth Association and how it helps the Trevor Mann please visit their website at http://www.earlybirth.co.uk/about.htm.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
