If you didn't know, I'm going to be cycling down Africa for 6/7 months. To raise money for the hope academies in South Africa if you would like to know more visit www.cycleforhope.org. Every £500 puts a young person through a Hope Acamedy for a year, or £50,000 will build educational facilities for a Hope Academy.

It may sound like fun but I assure you the trip will be gruelling and probably the most challeging thing I will ever do. Cycling in extreme temperatures, dusty roads, camping in the bush, doing 100 miles days back to back etc but it will also be the experience of a life time. And I want to make the most of it, so please sponsor me!
