Just home from finishing in 4hrs 11mins 50 secs   Whoaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!

Sub 4 will have to wait till next year.  Didn't meet the wall and legs are not to bad.......at the mo!

Having been given the chance to run this years London Marathon for Farleigh Hospice, I am keen to raise as much money as possible for this great charity.

Serious training began at Christmas with regular 30>35 mile weeks and a best half marathon time of 1.49.49 at Silverstone at the begining of March.

Any sponsorship would be gratefully received large or small!
