Myself, Andy Lindesay and Ravi Bansal are participating in the London Triathlon over the weekend of the 4th and 5th of August. We are completing the Olympic Relay event which consists of

1500m Swim to be completed by Ravi
40km Bike to be completed by Julian
10km Run to be completed by Andy
