Bliss is the leading UK charity for babies born premature or sick. We rely on donations to fund our work but with one baby admitted to neonatal care every five minutes we don’t have the resources to reach every baby who needs us. Your donation can help Bliss ensure every baby gets the best care.

Story

Hello

My name is Tom Harbison and I am two years old. I have a sister called May, and a teddy called Teddy.

In April my daddy has decided to take part in something called the London Marathon. It takes place in April and is a running race that is 26 miles long!

I asked my daddy if I could run too. He said I couldn't because I was too little.

He has decided to run in the race because he wants to raise money for a very special charity called BLISS.  When I was born I was poorly and I had to be looked after in the hospital for a few days by lots of doctors and nurses. When my big sister was born, she was very early and quite poorly. She had to stay in the hospital for 7 whole weeks!

Because of charities like BLISS, my mummy and daddy were given lots of support because they were very sad. BLISS also help to pay for doctors and nurses to learn how to help babies who are born poorly, like me and babies who are born too early, like May.

Please sponsor my daddy as much as you can, and help babies like me and May get better.

By the way, my daddy is going to be running in a Superman costume and will look very silly!
