South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust Great North Run Team

We made it.  We now need all the money in!

OK, for this our 7th year as a ramshakle running team, we ran the Great North Run on Sunday October 5th, 2008 for "The Cystic Fibrosis Trust"

It is the UK's only national charity dedicated to all aspects of Cystic Fibrosis(CF). It funds medical research aimed at understanding, treating and curing Cystic Fibrosis. It also aims to ensure people with CF receive the best possible care and support.

3 of the runners have Cystic Fibrosis, so for obvious reasons it's a charity close to our hearts.

The important thing now is to try and get some money in to justify the aches, pains, nagging running partners and exhaustion.

That's where this website comes in, it's a great way to sponsor us, it's safe and easy and if you tick the appropiate boxes the CFT also reclaims Gift Aid an extra 28% from the government at no cost to you.
