Campaign by Young Lives vs Cancer (RCN 1107328 and SC039857)
The VCMF is a fund I set up in memory of my dear mum who left a huge hole in all our lives on December 8th 2008 when she lost her short battle with cancer aged just 50. This page is to keep her memory alive whilst supporting others.

Story

We have now ended our partnership with St Ives White Collar but thank everyone who helped us raise a few pounds over the 3 shows we did.

Hi there,

And thanks very much for visiting our latest fundraising page, after a successful link up with Wayne Singh in 2015 after he very kindly asked us to jump on board with his white collar boxing shows he organises through St Ives Boxing Club I thought it was time with hopefully plenty more of these nights to come they had their own justgiving page, so here we are!

Our two nights in 2015 helped raise over £6,000 for CLIC Sargent and helped towards our wider fundraising mission at www.justgiving.com/teams/target250k as we seek to raise a quarter of a million pounds for CLIC Sargent Children with Cancer.

The Veronica Claxton Memorial Fund is a fund I set up when I began fundraising in 2009 after losing my 50 year old mother to cancer in late 2008 and since then thanks to the help of fantastic friends and family we have managed to raise over £150,000.

If you would like to sponsor one of the boxers on one of the shows then please feel free to leave your donation and a good luck message on this page.

Thanks very much

Luke Claxton

CLIC Sargent is the UK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people, and their families. We provide clinical, practical, financial and emotional support to help them cope with cancer and get the most out of life. We are there from diagnosis onwards and aim to help the whole family deal with the impact of cancer and its treatment, life after treatment and, in some cases, bereavement.
