Many thanks for your support. The event is on Nov 6th in St Albans. The course takes most people around 1hr 15 mins to 1hr 30 mins. The distances are 400m swim (in an indoor pool), 20k cycle ride and 5k run. You need to provide your own bike. It is all in support of a great cause - Hope and Homes for Children is run by a very energetic and philanthropic husband and wife team, and supports underpriveleged children in lesser developed countries. The video they showed at the end of last year's event was heart rending and made us all feel very good about raising money for these children.
